Billing Policy

Complex Drive provides Monthly Billing Statements to all of our business customers. These statements are sent to customers 21 days before the account due date. Payments must be received at our 8913 Complex Drive office on or before that date to avoid automatic suspension. These monthly statements are uniquely numbered and are sent to customers via email. All purchases, regardless of the date of purchase, are prorated to match each customer’s initial billing date. Billing reminders are sent 10 day prior to the due date and again 1 day before the due date.

  • Billing Date coincides with original service purchase date.
  • All subsequent purchases are placed on the account when requested and are prorated during the second month’s bill to match original account billing date.
  • Billing Statements are sent 21 days in advance of billing due date.
  • Due dates are the same each month. Please make a note of this date and ensure that your payment is received on or before this date.
  • Billing reminder is sent 10 days before due date.
  • Final billing reminder is sent 1 day before due date.
  • Suspensions occur at 12pm on the day following due date.

Additional Billing Information

  • Auto-Payment (using credit card or bank check) is the most efficient method of payment.
  • Services can not be provisioned or ordered until first months payments have been received. Billing does not begin until service is installed (T1’s) or until equipment is installed (colocation).
  • Auto-Payments are charged to your account 10 days before your due date, leaving time for corrections should there be any problems with the auto-payment.
  • Suspended services are reactivated only after receipt of payment in full.
  • Billing account information is available 24 hours a day through your online account manager, admin.complexdrive.com.
  • Complex Drive Monthly Statements are sent via email only at this time.
